Here
is the animation file you will need. You can use the graphic and
tube of your choice.
I did a web search for dandelion field pictures..
there were lots of choices to pick from.

Start with your background graphic, here I used a
dandelion field. I copy and pasted the tube I wanted to use on
top... I made a new BLANK layer between the bkg and the tube...
named it Dandelions. It helps to right click on all your layers and
RENAME them to what they are.. this helps to keep things straight.

Select the dandelion layer and duplicate 7 times,
So you will have a total of 8 layers of Dandelions. Refer to the
sample picture below, your layer palette should look like this.

Now click on your dandelion animation and X out
all the layers but the bottom one. Set your foreground to PATTERN
and click arrow for the drop down window and choose the currant
pattern window.. as shown below. Your gonna use this pattern fill to
fill the bottom first dandelion layer.

This is how your layer palette should look.. you X
out all the dandelion layers except the bottom one... this is the
one that you fill with the dandelion animation pattern fill. I
X'd out the tube layer too.
Use the fill tool and fill the bottom Dandelion
layer on our working graphic canvas.

You do EACH dandelion layer this same way with ONE
exception... you have to make sure that you fill with a DIFFERENT
dandelion pattern fill layer ..Click on the dandelion animation
window like below.. and X out the Bottom one you just used to fill
and UN X the 2nd one up, like shown, make sure its highlighted. This
is where a lot of you are having probs I think.. you go to the
pattern fill window and click on the arrow drop down like shown and
pick the SECOND window that says Animation.pspimage NOT the current
window.. that's the original one. Do this with EACH of the
preceding layers the same way... you go click on the animation
dandelion window and X out the layer you just used to fill with and
UN X the next one up. then go to the Working image and X out the
dandelion layer you just filled and UN X the next blank dandelion
layer and fill it with the pattern fill..
BUT DON'T FORGET TO CLICK ON
THE PATTERN WINDOW AND CHOOSE THE 2ND PICTURE THERE.. NOT 1ST
ONE...AND I HOPE YOU HAD PREVIOUSLY WENT AND UN X'D THE NEXT LAYER
UP ON THE PATTERN FILL ANIMATION. YOU DO THIS TO EVERY DANDELION
LAYER TILL YOU'VE DONE ALL OF THEM.. ALL 8!!!

This below is showing how you progress up to the
next layer...like I explained above.

After you finish filling all the dandelion
layers.. click on the FIELD layer and go to IMAGE/Picture Frame. and
pick you out a frame you want to use.. you see the one that I
used...below. PSP will NOT merge the frame with the field
layer so you need to CLICK-Drag this frame layer up to top right
below the tube layer...

Now it really gets confusing
You need to duplicate the Tube
layer * don't forget the 3D shadow on it!*
7 times so you will have a total of 8 layers of it..
Duplicate the Field Frame 7 times-total of 8 layers.. Duplicate the
bottom Field layer 7 times -Total of 8 layers.. WHEWWWW what a mess
huh... you need to drag layers down so that they line up like this
from bottom... FIELD LAYER...DANDELION LAYER...FIELD FRAME LAYER...
AND THEN THE TUBE LAYER... DO THAT ALL THE WAY UP..

Below is exactly how your layer palette should
look... X out all but the bottom 4 layers
*field, dandelion, frame and tube*...then merge/visible... Do
this all the way up .

If you did it all right then you should have 8
merged layers on your layer palette.

SAVE AS a Animation shop (*.psp) file type..
then open in Animation shop and then SAVE AS a .GIF. check your
animation before you close it.. the preview animation button up on
top in Animation shop.. it looks like a piece of film...put your
mouse on it and it says what it is.. IFFFF your graphic doesn't
animate right or don't move then where you went wrong is when you
were filling the dandelion layers with the animation pattern fill..
you didn't pick the right layer or right sample pic on the drop down
window on the pattern fill.
I hope I've cleared up some questions that some of
you had... if you're still having probs let me know.. and I will try
to talk you through this...
Heres another sample.

TOODLES till next time....
